Casablanca ha il colore nel nome. A Chefchaouen tutto è dipinto di blu. Meknes ha lo sfarzo di Versailles e forse il colore che le si abbina è l’oro. Fes, capitale imperiale e culturale, ha il colore del legno lavorato dai suoi straordinari artigiani. Gli spettacolari canyons tra le montagne dell’Atlante hanno il colore del deserto, le oasi il verde dei suggestivi palmeti. Ouarzazate è contornata da mura di terra rossa. Marrakech è un arcobaleno di colori, cangiante durante tutta la giornata. Ma il colore più bello sarà quello del calore dell’ospitalità.
2° giorno - CASABLANCA / RABAT / CHEFCHAOUEN – Km 345 ca.
Prima colazione in hotel. Breve visita di Casablanca, capitale economica del paese: si potrà ammirare la Corniche, la piazza Mohammed V, il quartiere Habbous e l’esterno della Mochea Hassan II. Partenza per Rabat, capitale amministrativa del Marocco e visita dei principali monumenti tra la Torre Hassan, il Mausoleo Mohamed V, la kasbah Oudaya e l’esterno del Palazzo Reale. Pranzo in un ristorante locale. Nel pomeriggio partenza per Chefchaouen, la città blu del Marocco. Sistemazione in hotel, cena e pernottamento.
3° giorno - CHEFCHAOUEN / MEKNES / FES – Km. 300 ca.
Prima colazione in hotel. In mattinata visita di questa unica suggestiva cittadina del Marocco caratteristica per il colore blu delle case. Si potrà anche notare l’influenza architettonica Andalusa visibile nei tetti di tegole, nei balconi pensili e nei cortili. Pranzo in un ristorante locale. Partenza per Meknes e visita di questa città denominata la Versailles del Marocco per i suoi palazzi, moschee e giardini che la adornano. La visita comprende anche Bab El Mansour, considerata come la più bella porta in Marocco di dimensioni monumentali e finemente decorata. Tempo permettendo sosta per la visita delle rovine romane di Volubilis. Proseguimento per Fez e sistemazione in hotel. Cena e pernottamento in hotel.
4° giorno - FES
Prima colazione in hotel. Intera giornata dedicata alla visita di Fes, la più antica delle città imperiali e capitale culturale del paese. Città magica e misteriosa denominata la ‘Firenze del Maghreb’. Visita della Medina medievale, la più grande del Marocco, la Moschea Karouyine, la Medersa di Attraine e la piazza Nejjarine. Nel suk si potranno inoltre ammirare gli artigiani che lavorano ancora il legno. Pranzo in un ristorante locale. Nel pomeriggio breve visita della città nuova di Fez e la Mellah. Cena e pernottamento in hotel.
5° giorno - FES / MIDELT / ERFOUD / MERZOUGA – Km. 420 ca.
Prima colazione in hotel. Partenza per Erfoud, via Ifrane deliziosa località sciistica ed Ifrane, piccolo suggestivo villaggio berbero famoso per le sculture artigianali in legno e tessitura di tappeti. Pranzo in un ristorante locale. Proseguimento attraverso spettacolari canyon con meravigliosi paesaggi dell’Atlante fino a raggiungere Erfoud, una delle oasi più grandi del Marocco ubicato tra dune sabbiose. Escursione alle dune di Merzouga ove si potrà ammirare il tramonto nel deserto. Sistemazione al campo tendato, cena e pernottamento.
6° giorno – MERZOUGA / ERFOUD / TINGHIR / OUARZAZATE – Km. 360 ca.
Prima colazione al campo tendato. Rientro ad Erfoud in auto 4x4 e partenza per Tineghir attraversando paesaggi meravigliosi e suggestivi. Pranzo in un ristorante locale. Proseguimento per il Canyon di Todra, con impressionanti fenditure rocciose alte ca. 300 metri, e la Dades Valley, denominata la ‘Valle delle rose e delle mille Kasbah’. Arrivo a Ouarzazate e sistemazione in hotel. Cena e pernottamento.
7° giorno - OUARZAZATE / AIT BEN HADDOU / MARRAKECH
Prima colazione in hotel. Mattinata dedicata alla visita di Ouarzazate, splendida città tra montagne e palmeti contornata da mura di terra rossa. Pranzo in un ristorante locale. Proseguimento per la visita alla Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, suggestivo luogo ove sono stati girate scene di numerosi film, tra cui Lawrence d’Arabia ed Il tè nel deserto. Partenza per Marrakech attraversando il passo del Tichka a 2.260 metri. Arrivo a Marrakech e sistemazione in hotel. Cena e pernottamento.
8° giorno - MARRAKECH
Prima colazione in hotel. Intera giornata dedicata alla visita di Marrakech: le Tombe Saadiane, la Koutoubia, il palazzo Bahia ed i giardini della Menara. Pranzo in un ristorante locale. Nel pomeriggio visita del famoso suk e della suggestiva piazza DJemaa El Fna; l’aspetto della piazza cambia durante la giornata, di giorno un vero mercato all’aperto con innumerevoli bancarelle e dal tardo pomeriggio la piazza si anima con musicanti e cantastorie ed uno spettacolare scenario di luci e colori. Aperitivo in un locale tipico della città. Rientro in albergo ed in serata cena folkloristica in un ristorante della città. Pernottamento.
